President's Message
Welcome to the Anderson Drilling website. We have assembled
this site to provide a brief overview of our heritage, character, resources, capabilities
and commitment to our specialized work. If you have any questions during your visit

I have worked at Anderson Drilling for over 25 years and served as President since
1998. I have seen this company grow and evolve into a leader in an ever-changing
and highly competitive industry. I have noticed one constant over time and that
is the strength of our company is found in the character of our employees. It is
quite apparent to me that our ability to stand out and succeed has only been possible
through the efforts of our extremely talented and dedicated staff. In recognition
of their value we have developed our company vision statement . . . to be #1 in
the eyes of our employees and our customers. To everyone’s benefit all
of our actions follow from this statement.
The continued development of our staff is of utmost importance here at Anderson
Drilling. We provide a variety of opportunities for individual growth and wellbeing
through numerous industry and / or self-sponsored education and training seminars.
It is our belief that the best-prepared employees will be best positioned for success.
Further, the success of our employees translates into your success as they provide
you the best value for your project. To take advantage of this value I encourage
you to bring us into the project in the early (development) stage. Our knowledgeable
staff will prove insightful when considering access, design, constructability and
other issues unique to your project. We have the expertise to provide the best solution
for your foundation or earth retention needs.
I am proud to say that we have gone to great lengths to establish an industry leading
safety program, as such we have won numerous awards for our consistent and safe
practices. We will not cut any corners in the name of profits or schedule that would
risk the health and well being of our crews or those around them. Our safety program
further emphasizes our commitment to our most valued assets, our employees.
As you explore this website you will notice that our equipment fleet and tooling
is diverse and second to none in the industry. The diversity of our equipment promotes
innovation and provides us with a wide range of capabilities. Our equipment resource
is supported with the help of our partner, Anderson Manufacturing, who has a long
history of innovation and manufacturing of both equipment and tools. Our partner
is a key component of our ability to respond to the ever-changing market and remains
an innovative industry leader.
Our project management department is dedicated to providing the most comprehensive
and accurate bids to our customers; ones that meet the specific needs of the general
contractor. Our project management teams are committed to preparing and planning
in advance through all of the potential obstacles of a given job, then ensuring
that we work that plan in conformance with the needs of the general contractor.
Our administration, maintenance, and manufacturing departments support these actions.
All of these departments understand that all of our best efforts can be undermined
by a deficiency in any one of these areas.
